One of my most rewarding moments was during a Y7 textiles lesson. I felt like I had built a lovely relationship with the class and this lead to a really creative learning environment. One pupil asked if she could take her booklet home to continue working on her designs and I trusted her to do this and to bring it back next lesson. In the next lesson she returned with her completed designs and very proudly came up to me to show me what she had done. It was wonderful to see!
