The biggest successes I gave had during my time teaching has been the ability to form excellent professional relationships with my classes. I am able to form a mutual respect with every student which improves their engagement and learning experience as a result. In my second placement, a student had to be warned for being disrespectful. Since I have been teaching him, his engagement in English lessons has increased and he has shown respect to me by telling another teacher that he really enjoys my lessons, which was a nice surprise.
