In my placement, I organised a string group where I arranged a piece of music for the students to play for the Christmas concert. I ran rehearsals weekly for the students guiding their practice and developing their ensemble skills. At the Christmas concert, they did an outstanding performance, and it was clear that all the work we had done together was rewarding both for the students and myself.
